Leaders from Soochow University School of Pharmacy Visit Huiliao Biotech for Industry-Academia Collaboration Exchange.

On the morning of July 14, 2022, Professor Zhong Zhiyuan, Dean of the School of Pharmacy at Soochow University, Professor Chen Huabing, Vice Dean of the School of Pharmacy, and Deng Yibin, Assistant to the Dean, visited Huiliao Biotechnology for an exchange on university-enterprise cooperation.

Accompanied by Dr. Zhong Tianyi, CEO of the company, Dr. Jiang Jianhao, COO, Dr. Zhao Lixiang, CTO, and Dr. Chen Zhong, Vice President, the leadership from the School of Pharmacy at Soochow University toured the company's office spaces and R&D base, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's development plans and the demand for scientific and technological talents.

Following the tour, both parties engaged in thorough discussions on university-enterprise cooperation aspects such as the joint cultivation of high-end talents including postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers, as well as career guidance, effectively integrating the advantageous resources of both the university and the enterprise. Dr. Zhong Tianyi, CEO of the company, presented the current status of the company and the development of nucleic acid drugs, along with future development plans, expressing the desire to engage in comprehensive and multi-level university-enterprise cooperation with the School in project development and talent introduction and cultivation, to further enhance the company's technological innovation capabilities.

Dean Zhong fully acknowledged the research progress and high-quality academic cooperation platform achieved by Huiliao Biotechnology and detailed the upcoming postgraduate cooperation and cultivation plan of the School of Pharmacy at Soochow University. The School places high importance on talent development, planning to select 20 leading enterprises in various subfields as joint cultivation bases for postgraduate/postdoctoral researchers, pooling resources to fully support enterprise development. With an attitude of responsibility towards students and enterprises, the School aims to refine and select research directions of mutual interest for project establishment.
